Thank you for your e-mail. 

I can confirm that Loveitts hold no records for 41 Catesby Road. I have also checked our archive and there is nothing in here with reference to this address. 

I have also checked Zoopla for the sold history to find there is no sold history relating to this property.

my name is craig fraser,

on Saturday15th december, at 11:14, my lawyer, yvonne pears spoke to a very nice member of your staff named Charice,
whom kindly confirmed that there are NO RECORDS WHATSOEVER, on your system, of a sale by Loveitts, of my property, 41 Catesby Road, Radford, Coventry, CV6 3EU

the HM Land Registry records, clearly state, that Loveitts sold my house, on the open market, in june 2017, could you please confirm, via this email, that you have no such records on your system, of a sale of my property,
if you do not respond to this email, within the next 7-days, i will presume that your system shows a sale of my property,
i sincerely apologise for the inconvenience to loveitts, in this matter,
